Knitting fanatics will be delighted to hear that designer JW Anderson has released the knitting pattern for its coveted colourblock patchwork cardigan, thanks to a viral DIY campaign by his ‘stans’ on Tiktok.
#harrystylescardigan has been trending after Styles’ appearance on The Today Show back in February, and Tiktokers have taken it upon themselves to create their own versions.
The garment in question is a 90’s style, oversized, rainbow-coloured cardigan, made from chunky red, green, yellow and brown panels and features a raw, loose-edged finish.

Jonathan Anderson himself has taken delight in the hype surrounding the viral Tiktok campaign, and is encouraging fans to make the real thing by sharing the actual pattern.
The website reads,
“A gift from Jonathan to all our TikTok Cardigan fans: “I am so impressed and incredibly humbled by this trend and everyone knitting the cardigan. I really wanted to show our appreciation so we are sharing the pattern with everyone. Keep it up!” x – Jonathan”
